Interactive MoM deals with everything that is involved in being a wife and mom/parent with a particular focus on family, including family fun and games; pregnancy and rearing children from babies (including breastfeeding) through the post teen-age years; creating and taking care of a home including decorating; crafts for you and your children for all occasions; healthy and nutritious cooking; cleaning and organizational tips; stress management in everyday life; getting through the really tough times in life such as coping with the death of a child; taking care of an aged parent or grandparent; gardening, food storage and preparedness, and much more... New! is a section on making your dollar stretch a little further, by learning to be an effective shopper (how to find good stuff at a bargain price). As my grandmother used to say "some women can throw stuff out the back door, faster than her husband can bring it in the front."
I spotlight a special feature known as (Not Just) Diabetic Edibles, a section featuring recipes & tips on feeding your family as well as diabetic/healthy cooking.
I produce this publication by virtue of being a fully experienced MoM (Mother of Many) who is an expert in the field of being a MoM. This is about what I have learned and experienced by being a MoM, over a huge spectrum of subjects and circumstances. These include motherhood, parenthood, womanhood, wifehood, personal value and just keep it all together. All the information found here is that which I have found true and helpful in my own experience. None of this is intended to represent medical, psychological or any other professional advice. I am simply sharing 36 continuous years of rare and unique experience. I hope (and I am confident) that you will find the REAL expertise herein, helpful. You may, of course, use whatever information contained to help improve your own family lifestyle. Most experts in this field have the title of "expert" by virtue of their education and through their past & present observations of children, not through the "hands on" experience that I possess. I am an expert by virtue of actual live-in, day-to-day, twenty-four hours per day contact with children. I am the mother of 13 children, grandmother of 7 (two more this year)...... But we are empty nesters now, we only have 3 kids still living at home and life is still busy.
