Best Cranberry Salad

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cranberries

  • 1 orange

  • 2 large apples

  • 1 c. sugar or Splenda

  • 2 packages sugar free cherry Jell-o dissolved in 1 c. Hot water

Instructions:

  • Grind cranberries, orange, and apple together

  • Grate about half of the outside of the orange peel;

  • Add sugar or Splenda  to the mixture in a bowl.

  • Let stand for about 30 minutes.

  • Optional: add 1/2 c. orange juice (diluted) to dissolved jell-o

  • Add cranberry mix to the Jell-o and refrigerate overnight
